I AM IN LOVE...ALREADY HAVE THE DUVET COVER, AND NOW "NEED" TO ACQUIRE THE SHAMS.  PLAN TO MAKE SOME ACCENT PILLOWS WITH WHITE LINENS THAT I HAVE BEEN SAVING, AND A BEDSKIRT AS WELL.

Is it really Spring?

Did you know that March 20th was the first day of Spring?  Ahh, really?  If you live in Calgary, Canada you would never believe that!  We have been getting snow for days...sigh....

  I am desperate for warm weather....

Can't wait for Summer!

It has been a really long time since I have had time to blog.  We have moved into the townhouse, but there is still so much work to be done as we settle in.  I have to think carefully about where I want to place certain items as the layout of the townhouse is very different from the house on Allden Place.  The townhouse is more contemporary with an open layout to the main floor.  Here are some pictures of what the townhouse looks like:

The thing is, I have to re-think my decorating style.

Tea cups and lace do not feel at home here at all.

I've been doing some serious research on how to blend this urban looking townhouse with my carefree style.
